ABOUT
WAKKANUPURI RESORTS FURE
FURE (meaning 'red' in Ainu), named after the place Akayu, is a two-story inn with two bedrooms and a Japanese-style room space.
With a sandy beach in front of the house, guests can go fishing on FURE's private boat any time from spring to autumn , and in winter, they can play in the snow on mountain skis or snowshoes.
While soaking in the 24-hour hot spring, guests can enjoy the magnificent views of the lake from the front window and the marshy grassland from the north window.
Enjoy your meals in the separate IPE (living and dining building).
GUEST ROOMS

FURE has been designed as a two-storey building to showcase the natural beauty of the area.
There are two Western-style rooms, each with two beds, and a spacious Japanese-style room.
The large bathtub is filled with hot spring water 24hours a day, and when the windows are fully open, it feels like an open-air bath.
With a magnificent lake in front of you and a small marshy grassland to the north, you can enjoy a view of the four seasons from any room.

so you can enjoy 100 % private time
FURE has an accommodation building with a hot spring bath and two western style rooms and one Japanese style room, and a living/dining building for eating and relaxing.
The distance from the accommodation building is about 50 steps. You will feel the refreshing breeze from the lake as you walk to your meal.
Relaxing on the sofa in front of the fireplace, reading a book with a glass of wine in your hand, or enjoying the aroma of coffee, you can spend your healing time as you wish.

About hot springs
A miracle of naturethat hot spring water can flow directly from the spring that runs under your feet.
It does not mean that the higher the temperature of the spring, the better.
If it is too high, it must be cooled; if it is too low, it must be heated.
Both affect the freshness of hot springs.
The hot spring source is located on the premises of FURE, and its temperature is 44 degrees, a miraculous temperature that allows you to pour it directly into the bathtub.
Feel the power of the hot spring that flows directly from the earth without any modification.
DINING

Our chefs personally source ingredients grown in Hokkaido's rich natural environment and prepare dishes that reflect the seasons.
Our goal is to create food that makes you sigh when you take a bite, that reminds you of when you fell asleep, and that makes you feel a little better.
Not only delicate bowls of soup stock and finely prepared sashimi, but also "WAKKANUPURI cuisine" using Wagyu beef and dairy products.
